I am Anya, a yoga teacher based in Brentford, London. I’ve been practicing and studying yoga for nearly a decade.
I am passionate about self-discovery and mental health. Mind, body, and soul connection through yoga amidst busy and demand-driven lifestyle is at the centre of my teaching. My goal is to help you strengthen your body, relax your mind, and find focus and balance on and off the mat.
I teach vinyasa flow and yin yoga and offer intro to yoga courses.
I am accredited with Yoga Alliance Professionals (200hrs).
Classes
My classes are a safe space to learn and advance practice of all levels.
I combine breath awareness with dynamic vinyasa flow to bring attention to the body and away from the busyness of the mind, followed by a deep stretch and relaxation to calm your nervous system and help you hear your inner wisdom. Expect hands-on adjustments, improved awareness of your body, mind, and intuition.
Beginner course
This is a 6 week course for anyone who is new to yoga or have many questions you are too afraid to ask going to studio classes. We will start with breaking down the alignment in Sun Salutations moving to advanced poses safely, land dive into yoga philosophy.
1hr x 6 weeks, 1-2-1
Vinyasa Yoga
A dynamic and strong class, starting with a breathing exercise and a fast-paced flow, slowing down to stretch in the seated poses. Each week we will focus on opening heart, hips or balance.
50 minutes
Gentle Yoga
This gentle class has all the elements of the vinyasa flow - breath awareness, strong asana practice and relaxation, but practiced at a slower pace, keeping some postures longer.

a moment
to relax
Relax and unwind with this simple exercise.
Take a moment to picture yourself relaxing by the ocean. Inhale deeply, mimicking the rhythm of the rolling waves. Take a deep, calming breath, feeling fresh energy through your body with each inhale. As you exhale, release any stress or anxiety, letting it drift away just as the ocean’s water.
